Outside of Franklin Yaker’s drill ‘n’ bass moniker, King Rhythm, he worked as a duo with fellow Baltimore resident, MC Voxx, as The Downslide. In these four tracks you will hear the sound of late ‘90s DIY Baltimore MC/DJ hip hop – and very little else. It is minimal and yet definitive.
